Scott M. Syat has been practicing law since graduating cum laude from New England Law School in Boston, Massachusetts in 1993. Prior to going to law school, Scott graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a degree in Communication with a minor in Sociology. Scott has handled thousands of cases, big and small; cases that have resulted in multi-million dollar settlements and/or judgments with significant compensation for his clients. Scott has always strived to work toward the best results while getting to know his clients and their families. Although it’s a business, the social aspect of representation has always happily colored the job satisfaction.

As his practice grew, Scott and his associates added real estate to their specialty. Scott and his associates have handled thousands of real estate transactions for lenders and consumers. He brings the same work ethic to the real estate specialty as the personal injury. He prides himself on accessibility and communication. Real estate transactions are another way Scott and his associates connect with clients and their families. It is the ultimate compliment when a client refers a family member to either specialty.

Scott is licensed to practice law in all courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the United States District Court for the State of Massachusetts. He has acted as a mediator in the Massachusetts court system and has consulted other attorneys enlisting his help on personal injury cases. Scott is a devoted father to his son, Jack and daughter, Olivia. Scott grew up in Randolph, Massachusetts. He is an avid golfer and Boston sports fan.
